Paying online

There are two online payment portals which are applicable for different levels of cover. 

For regular Ambulance Cover or Ambulance Cover Extras, access the following payment portal: Ambulance Cover (standard) and Ambulance Cover Extras renewal

For Ambulance Cover Plus (interstate cover), access the following payment portal: Ambulance Cover Plus (interstate cover) renewal 

Alternatively, there are various other ways to pay.

Paying by phone

You can pay your SA Ambulance bill by credit card at any time by calling our general enquiries number 1300 136 272 and selecting option 1. This option is available 24/7. When prompted, select the type of invoice you’re paying and the reference number (as listed on your invoice). You will be provided with a reference number to confirm your payment is successful.

Paying with BPAY (telephone or internet banking)

If your bank provides online banking facilities, you can pay your SA Ambulance invoice using BPAY – like many other bills.

Your SA Ambulance invoice will contain a BPAY reference number.

Paying in person

You can pay your bill in person at any Australia Post (post office) Billpay or National Pharmacy Chemist outlet. Simply present your SA Ambulance invoice, and pay using Eftpos or cash.
