If you believe you may have lost personal property during ambulance treatment or transport, please contact us and select the Lost Property option in the contact form.
When submitting your enquiry, please provide as much information as possible, including:
- the patient’s details
- the date and approximate time of service
- the location of attendance or transport
- a description of the lost property.
Our team will review your enquiry and advise whether the item has been located or handed in to SA Ambulance Service.
Please note that personal belongings transported with a patient may sometimes be transferred directly to the receiving hospital. You may also need to contact the hospital where the patient was transported to enquire about lost property.
