To sign up for Ambulance Cover as a new customer, you can join instantly using our online membership form. Complete the online form (including your payment details), and you will be covered from the next business day.

Alternatively, you can sign up in person at any Australia Post outlet or National Pharmacies store in South Australia. Complete the paper application form and submit it in store for processing. If you have a printer, download, print and complete the SA Ambulance - Ambulance Cover application form, and present it at any participating outlet. We will then contact you to finalise payment and membership activation.
